Luca has been constipated for 2 days now and hearing his little cry is so upsetting. Mw said warm water and squeeze half a tea spoon of juice from an actual orange into it, but it's made no difference whatsoever. Any tips from you wonderful ladies? xx

This is weird but I know loads of people put a bit of soap up their baby's bum. No idea if it is safe or recommended by Drs but I know loads of mummies who do it & they say it really helps.

Also when he is having a poo, sort of push his legs up like they do when you're pushing apparently that position really helps them.
Good luck Hun x

Are you bottle feeding lulu? If so They are more prone to constipation with formula . I alway used to offer cooled boiled water too to help. You can look up baby massage and like someone said leg cycling is fab xx

I'm not sure if it works for constipated babies but whenever my Lo has a big kicking session with me encouraging and doing bicyles she always poos after

Been doing loads of leg cycling and laying him on the floor so he can kick his legs freely but still nothing. I am formula feeding and yeah I've heard formula fed babies are more prone to it. Poor little love, I hope he poos soon xx

I gave my LG a tummy massage using a bit of coconut oil and cycled her legs. She stopped going about 4/5 times a day to once every 2-3 days for a while, now she goes every 1-2 days and finds it less painful as she is good at kicking now so hopefully it'll improve soon for him as he gets a bit bigger x

My little boy had colic and constipation in the first 2 weeks. So I swapped to the comfort milk and bought colic bottles. It took a Cople of weeks but it's made a huge difference! But they do say speak to your HV before changing x
