constipation

anybody got constipation , i just cant goooooooooo

its driving me batty, (not in pain )just unconfey,

ive tryed warm baths,
toilet after eating
lots of pure orange juice
walking

but cant shift it grrrrr

I haven't been but I haven't gone today and was doubled over in pain about an hour ago.
Hope it eases soon!
