Constipation is back

Am in agony, just taken some lactulose but am in unbelievable pain in my back any tips to shift it

Have you tried Prune juice? Or a spicy curry!?

No laughing but 2 X weetabix the doc told me and it works!!

True, I should try that and get them in, I have been ok for past 2 days so hoping its just a blip and need to keep an eye on things. Do not want to experience that after my section!
