Constipation Help!!!

Lily is constipated but refuses to take fluids. She will take two 8oz bottles of milk a day and thats it shes refuses any more fluids Not sure what i can do. she has plenty of fibre in her diet

Do you think she would 'drink' one of those smoothies?
Ricky likes them and it's one way of getting more fluid into the diet through food if she's getting enough fibre then it's prob the fluid she neeeds. If she won't drink it from the pouch maybe you could squeeze one into some nat yoghurt (or puree your own fruit-cheaper!)
