Confused...

Hope u ladies can help me on this, my tummy seems to be tightening but dont seem to b getting alot of pains just twinges now n again! Am wondering if anyone else has had things like this and had it confirmed as something? I'd ask my midwife but i cant get hold of her till tomorrow!!!!

Not that i kno of, thought they were meant to hurt but they only hurt now n again x

Sounds like braxton hicks. Most people dont find braxton hicks sore. Its only painful if your unlucky, infact a lot of midwives (the stupid ones) - describe them as painless contractions and tell you thats how you know its not really labour.

I've had them today on and off- it just feels like my tummy is tightening normally in the same place, it just happens repeatedly - no pain for me, just discomfort

Mine fits in with that bracket! Lol its mad, just feels like hes just stretching like mad but my tummy goes immensely tight, so u think these r the hicks then?x

Sounds like it, mine only really hurt if I'm constipated, other than that I just go really tight and a few twinges oh and they can make you rush to the loo for a wee as well lol xxxxxxxxx
