Coming off the pill...how can you work out what your bodies doing?

Thanks for all your help ladies.
I have now purchased some opk's from ebay and ive started to take my temp, so fingers crossed, even if af doesnt arrive for a while, i can get a head start of understanding what my body is doing x x

Still no af, but i understand it can be days even months before it turns up!

As well as taking my temp and waiting for my ovs sticks to arrive, i thought i would check my cervix this morning, it is alot lower than it was at the beginning of the week, could this be a sign that af is on its way or could my cervix still move according with my cycle with no af? x x
