I think Colief is great.
I don't think it would turn his poo green though???

yes, i used it with Evie for two months and it turned her nappies green when we first started using it and also when we weaned her off it. i asked my HV about it and she said its normal as itsjust your babies body adjusting to the change in sugar from the milk (the way the colief breaks the sugar down). Dont worry it should subside.
Id recommend colief to anyone it really helped evie as she had really bad colic, the only downside is its soo expensive. i think we used about 7-8 bottles over 2months at £10 a pop  .
Good luck, i hope it helps your littleones colic to subside  :D .

I think you can get it on prescription cant you? Colief really upset Eefies tum, he got the runs bad and would scream, wasnt for us but it works really well for lots of people.

HV said poo would be runny the whole time on it too

That's funny! Tom's poo has always been really runny but I thought it was the medication he's on for his reflux but perhaps it's the Colief! Hadn't thought of that! L x

snap! Evies poo has always been runny since being on it too, but shes been off it for about a month now and its still the same but i did notice it is a lot smellier since weaning her off the colief

Thanks ladies!

another quick question about it can u keep made up feeds with the colief in the fridge for longer than 4hrs??? as sometimes Iain goes 5 or 6 hrs without a feed during the night or do i hav to wake him 4 hrly??

We used Colief for Charlie and it was fantastic although a real pain to make up! We spoke with the GP and they prescribed it for free!!!!!! Worth asking your GP reception to see if its available and if so can it be put on repeat. We bought the first bottle to try it then told our GP it worked really well and could we have it on prescription and she said no problem.
