Colds and flu....

Hi ladies,
I seem to have come down with a really yucky cold and wondered if anyone had any good remedies??
To complicate matters I am away in south America at the moment and my spanish isn't that great so I daren't ask a pharmacy for medicine here in case I don't understand the advice properly! Plus would prefer not to take anything if possible anyway.....

There isn't much you can take hun - just paracetamol really??

Most other over the counter cold and flu remedies aren't suitable for use in pregnancy.

Honey and lemon in hot water may help?

I got a cough and cold last week, just started to feel better and now it's back

Luckily Paracetamol is the same in spanish! I agree with the hot honey & lemon - hope you feel better soon xxx
