i havent seen anyone else mention this as a symptom, but i am COLD all the time......brrrrrrrr..i know this isnt the best summer but my OH keeps yelping when i touch him cos my hands have gone so cold. Maybe its cos im eating less and not training hard like normal....but is it anything to be concerned about?

I've been switching between really cold and really hot. As soon as i open a window to cool down im running to close it and put the heating on as im freezing! suppose thats what happens when your hormones are going mad. ive found dressing in layers helps

Same thing with me! Hot and cold flashes on and off. My feet are absolutely frigid right now. I believe it is fairly normal.

my feet are always cold anyways but ive always got my throw wrapped around me as my hole body is cold

I am always absolutely frozen at night. I sit wrapped up in a blanket with my big fluffy slipper boots on whilst my OH is sat in shorts and a t-shirt saying that he is warm. Weird isn't it!

Haha, it is the exact opposite for me! I am always BOILING in the middle of the night.
