Cold?

I think Tilly has a cold. She's quite snuffly and I found a bogey on my boob earlier

Do I need to do anything? She seems otherwise ok in herself just the breathing/sniffly thing that's going on

Max has got a cold and I've not done anything, he can still breathe out of his nose so am just gonna let him get over it as its not bad and doesn't seem to be bothering him too much xxx

Maybe try putting some Karvol drops on a bib and hang it to where baby sleeps? x

Yeah saline nasal spray can help or pop her in her seat in the bathroom while you shower the steam can help clear her nose

Emily has bogeys up her nose, but they don't seem to be troubling her, so I am just leaving things for now. Didn't know about a nasal spray. Might get some in in case things get worse.
