cold sore

can you believe it, I have not had a cold sore for agesssssssssss and I get a stinking cold, sickness and a damn cold sore all at once. My immune system must really suck atm

Anyway do any of you lovely ladies have any natural remedies I can use seeing as my doctor says I cant use any over the counter creams

I got some bio propolis cream from the health shop, not really anything you can do now to get rid of it but this speeds up recovery and helps prevent apparently-I found it pretty good and it improved the general condition of my lips as they are sensitive, dry and very prone to cold sores.
