Cold remedies

Is lemsip ok to take? Woken up loaded with the cold. That will explain how lousy I've felt all week. Also throat lozengers as I can hardly swallow, they should be ok shouldn't they?
Just wanted to double check lol I've been lucky so far this pregnancy and only just catching a cold xx

I was told I couldn't take anything apart from paracetamol, and home made honey and lemon, only throat sweets I could take was lockets or soothers, hope you feel better soon. Oh you can rub vicks on your chest as well xx

Thanks Rosa. I didn't think I could have lemsip but OH was saying yeah you can, what do men know lol. All I have in house is extra strenghth pracetomol which I can't have as caffeine in it and OH has left for work x
