I've just been to the toilet and when i wiped i looked on the tissue as i expect all of us ttc do and i noticed what can only be described as snail trail... quite allot... so then i checked and im really really wet, i dont normally notice this after ovulation, its normally quite milky and quite dry...

Hmmm, could this be a sign?? :?

Told you im obsessing...

Could it be the eggwhite CM that people talk about? I never usually get a lot but around OV I do notice 'snail trail' on the paper too  . Think that's fertile CM hun so get BDing

I'm due to OV in the next few days, hopefully we'll end up in 1st tri together

It cant be i got a really strong positive on wed morning so i would have ovulated way before now... wouldn't i??

Nope, you get the EWCM (egg white cervical mucus) when you are ovulating. The positive test you had for ovulation was telling you that you will ovulate within the next 24 to 36 hours. Now, keep BDing

yeah but that means that i would have ovulated at the latest friday.. Hmmm... who knows eh.. I've just checked again and its more milky now....

I had exactly the same this morning. There was alot and it was clear. Does this mean im OV too?

More milky means that ovulation is coming to an end.

Yes, you should be ovulating too.

I was given a book about Natural Family Planning in which it explained about EWCM. When you've find that on your loo paper or even when checking yourself with your fingers, you are, in fact, ovulating. The EWCM happens at the peak of ovulation, lasts a couple of days or so, then becomes thicker, creamier stuff before nothing until AF strikes.

I hope this explains things better. Good luck ladies. Now, GET BDING

EWCM in the luteul phase is very normal, its a sign of your tempreture fluctuating as an increase of estrogen happens, which it does on and off, you would see this is if you were charting.

I have it normaly during the end of my cycle before af as the estrogen takes part in making the lining of the womb come away.

Patchs throughout your cycle are common.

To be honest if you had a pos on friday you may have only just ovulated.

But you wont know exactly when about unless you chart, opks are not accurate, they just let you know when you surge not when the egg is released.
