Clomid cycle, day 12 scan results!

I had my mid cycle scan today to see if the 50mg Clomid was doing it's job or not. Apparantly my right ovary has reacted to it and one particular follicle is getting bigger, but not as big as they would have wanted, so they reckon my cycle will be more likely around 33 days rather than the 28 they hoped. At the moment the largest follicle is at 12mm so they think I may ovulate in about 5 days. My left ovary only had tiny ones so I don't think it reacted much. I will be having a blood test on day 26 to see if I ovulated or not! If I do, and don't get pregnant they will keep me on 50mg for another month. If I don't ovulate then they will up it to 100mg next month. We will be bd every other day just to make sure, particularly over the weekend and next week! Fingers crossed the follicle grows nice and big within the week xx

Good luck! Not long until your blood test, do you think you did ovulate?

I'd like to say I ovulated on day 18 as I had a lot of cm and the opk was dark on day 17, however I've used opks in the past and don't like to rely on them too much as in the past I've had false positives due to my weird cycles. So fingers crossed I
did for real this time ..particularly as since day 17 my cervix has been extremely high (usually it's low so that's new for me). My blood test is on tuesday xx

I had my blood test yesterday, not sure when I'd hear back. I think my period is due on the 6th going by a 33 day cycle. (If I ovulated of course). I am on day 27 at the moment. Not much longer to wait. I have a busy weekend so it should fly by xx

Thanks fingers crossed your scan is promising! I left a voicemail for the fertility clinic, hopefully they'll get back to me with my progesterone levels soon as it's been 3 days. I'm potentially 10dpo now and since yesterday I've noticed light cramps. It's the waiting game I guess. Xxx

I rang up again to check and my nurse told me I ovulated my level was 33.4! So fingers crossed my period stays away xxx
