LO is 6 months old and for the last couple of days has been really clingy with me. Poor OH is offended and is taking it a bit to heart i think

Whenever anyone holds him etc he suddenly gets this really sad face (the one where their lips go like a letter n and quiver) and looks like he is about to burst into tears (and does most of the time). He puts his arms out to me and looks at me to pick him up. I feel so guilty so i do, straight away and he is fine then.

Do they go through a faze of this at this age? Do they grow out of it??

Yep i think most do. My HV advised me to let them go to other people at their own pace. If you leave him with yourself for a bit until he is comfortable going over. My OH's dad scared Angel and she is terrified of him now, and most men! But then the problem with his side of the family is they tend to pounce on her as soon as they see her. She needs to adjust to the fact they are there and the new surroundings.
With regards to the OH i just hand her over and get on with whatever needs doing. She is getting better now. He also went through the "she hates me" phase. It is totally normal.

Darragh is still a bit of a baby cling on - worse with some people than others - Im hoping it does not last much longer though
