Hey Ladies
I'm new to the forum and was looking for some success stories to give me a bit of hope!
I'm 26 and my husband is 35. We have been ttc for about 4 years and have had 4 early miscarriages and 2 ectopics where I lost both of my tubes. Other than that, we have no problems. Hubby's sperm is also very good. We started our first round of IVF. It went so well for us and even went in for egg collection 4 days earlier than expected as my body took the Gonal F really well. We then had 12 eggs collected and 6 of them made it to blastocyst. We had one 4AA blastocyst transferred and was on Crinone Gel but I started my period at 9dp5dt. My official testing day is tomorrow but I have lost all hope as it's extremely heavy and I have had LOADS of negative tests (I'm definitely a POAS crazy lady!). I know so many people go through so many cycles of IVF and you're all so amazing for doing it. I've now lost all hope and persuaded myself that it really isn't meant to be! I was hoping that somebody could share their success stories with me to cheer me up!
Thanks Ladies!

Natalie xx

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. I don't have a success story for you but wanted to say stay positive and hugs.

Hi nbh and welcome! My success story doesn't involve IVF, but I read plenty on here during my 2 years TTC. Have a look on the blog bit. One I read was I think called sausage roll (someone on here might know). I think it's really good you've been focusing on the positives- good quality sperm and egg means you have a good chance of getting your BFP one day soon. A friend of mine has a beautiful little girl who's 1 on Saturday after 3 cycles so don't give up hope! (She's just fallen naturally with baby number 2, how crazy is this TTC business?)

Don't give up hope, try and stay relaxed and not let it take over (definitely easier said than done I know, but the month I finally fell PG after a tube repair op I was so busy at work and moving house I had little time to stress about it).

Good luck! And baby dust to all xxx

Hi there, SausageRoll is my little boy. We had 3 rounds of IVF with a perfect blast transferred in our first round and BFN, a good quality and a poor quality blast transferred second time and BFN and then a pair of OK quality day 3 embies transferred third time and our beautiful little man.

I remember the first time so clearly from your words - how could it not work when everything had gone so perfectly? But some embies are strong enough to make it and some aren't and in a very high number of cases perfect embies don't stick and there's no visible reason.

It's not a great story for the cycle you're going through, but we completely gave up hope because everything seemed to go well with every cycle but it kept being negative, we kept going through the motions and I'm so pleased we didn't give up (we were very close) because we are so very very happy now

Good luck in whatever you do and I hope you get your happy ending soon

Thank you for replying! :-) it makes me feel so much better when I hear lovely success stories! I don't think I'll ever give up (well that's unless I sell everything and don't have anything left to sell and use! ;-) )
Xx
