as I have another question about these!!

Bought some clearblue ones today, and they say that the most convenient time to test is first thing in the morning? Now correct me if I am wrong but donlt most ov tests say NOT to test first thing? soooo confused (doesn't take much tho)

Hope someone can answer this one!!!

OPKs should not use FMU hun unless its the Clearblue Fertility Monitor which does require FMU

Should I use first morning urine (FMU) with OPK's? No. LH is synthesized early in the day, and is not metabolized into your urine until later. So, as a rule, you are more likely to catch your surge later in the day.

thanks guys, just read it again and it says

'you can test at any time of the day (most women find it most convenient to test first thing in the morning)'

Now thats either a major error on their part (think of all the wasted sticks, and these are £19.99 for 7!) or they have special posh sticks lol

I don't know, but to be safe I won't be testing first thing. There is still no sign of Ov-ing for me anyway so i guess I'm going to have to buy a truckload of the ebay cheapies!
