Clean Eating

Can anyone give me a bit more of an insight ? Aoibheann had an extreme allergic reaction today and Im thinking I may change our families approach to eating totally . Her reaction was to strawberries but she always eats them freshly picked and washed and has done since she was very young , I feel that it was something sprayed on them as they are obviously not in season right now and I bought some from the supermarket . So now I'm considering trying a healthier approach for us all

I think so . Im going to avoid totally until next season anyway. The doc said her next reaction would be worse and to think about avoiding them totally
