Cheese sauce?

My aunties made Charlie some cheese sauce to go with his cauliflower today but im guessing its got normal milk in as opposed to formula, does it matter? X

No not at all. Babies can have cows milk in their food from 6 months. Jack's favourite is cauliflower & broccoli cheese x

I've only given Tyler cows milk in stuff

They can have cows milk in recipes from 6 months and as a drink on its own from 1 year

Thanks guys he didn't mind it, he's been a bit iffy today so been indifferent with all of his food but then again im biased as important not a fan of cheese sauce x

Yeah they can definitely have full fat cows milk in recipes from 6 months but not as a drink till 12 months x
