Chat thread!

I hope you all dont mind me coming in then making this thread but over in tri 2 (and 1) we had a chat thread going so we could all just chat about general day to day stuff etc! Please join in lol I dont want to be chatting to myself all the time hahah

Well today was a crappy day! You know one of "them" days!?
Should have been going swimming but didnt as first my sis who was going with me decided she was going with her OH at an earlier time than I could (I needed to small pool for my 3 which wasnt open until 3) so was apeed off with that! Didnt fancy so much getting the bus on my own (as my car is broke) my younger sis said she will come with me but I felt sorry for her! Being 15 and having to go in the small pool would have been really boring for her! Then though bugger it I will go even though my belly was seriously hurting me and my SPD was killing too! Then my older sis decided that she will come with me after all! Yeh her OH had decided he couldnt go so now I was make do! Lovely lol
I had vouchers from kelloggs for free swims but when I called the pool just to double check before i left, they had stopped taking them at that pool recently Soooooo lucky I phoned as I wouldnt have taken extra money so we would have got there and not got in which would have caused me to loose it with the way the day had gone already! So to sum it all up I burst out crying and we didnt end up going! Then I felt horrible on the kids and cried somemore! What should have been a simple day turned into a big mess and pregnancy hormones just dont help at all do they!? haha
Then OH and his friend (who is a mechanic) were about to bleed the clutch on my car when his mate said it doesnt need bleeding, your thrust bearing on the clutch is buggered! So now we have to change the clutch! (well makes more sense to replace it all) Well this is the 3rd clutch this car has had in 3000!! His other "mate" another so called mechanice fitted the last one and obviously fitted the thrust bearing wrong or something so now its broke again!
What a ball ache hey!?
Well tomorrow is another day and hopefully a better one haha ha

Um, and for my contribution. We've been trying to sell the Cobra for a little while, and it went today to a lovely guy who flew over from Germany! I'm so glad it's gone before the baby comes, I just needed it to be 'done' before I could rest. We went to look at another 'toy' for DH this afternoon being sold by a friend we haven't seen in ages, and had a lovely dinner on the way home

My friend kept looking at me like I was a ticking timebomb, which I though was hilarious, but very sweet!! Oh, and I couldn't get into my seat at the table and we had to move, that was slightly embarrassing!

Yum on the lovely dinner! I have seriously bad heartburn but Im hungry! Not touching anything till I can get rid of this! Though I have no rennies, gaviscon or bicarb!!!!

This morning I woke up went into the sitting room as normal to get ready because Im so clumbsy that I have to get changed in another room because I dont trust myself that I will make a huge noise and wake OH up! Stood up off the sofa putting my jeans on and cheaked that there was no mad pervy people looking into the house and seen this looking back at me.........

then I looked a bit closer and realized there was 3 of the buggers!

Then next doors cat arrived and wanted food and cuddles so had her in for a bit then went to work.....went to new house to show OH and came home and slept....too much excitement in the morning for me!

Got my MW appointment tomorrow, I'm really nervous!? I'm dragging my Mum with me because I'm one of these people who as soon as I sit down and the MW says "I don't agree with declining an induction" I'll be like Oh OK, book me in for tomorrow then lol!! I need strength in numbers

Can't believe it's Thursday tomorrow already. My Mum always says "ahhh thank god it's Friday" (well, she always says it on a Friday lol ) and because I don't work, Friday means nothing to me anymore! lol And I no longer dread Sundays!

Yahhh I did! I freaked out and went and woke OH up....well I had woke him 10mins earlyer and then went to get changed but I left him with a cupper tea to leave him to wake himself up without my blabbing and when I ran in the room to tell him to look at the scary birds he had fallen asleep holding the full cup of tea I made him! I had to prise it out his hand before poking him back awake I was worried he would spill it hehe. I think the peacocks were looking for food because our garden has chippings and stuff they prob thought it was food but they were HUGE! and they jumped over the fence to leave! That fence is near as big as me!

Ooooo i like chatting lol!!
I am trying to stay away from my teaching forum at the mo cos there is so much arguing and bitching and mud slinging going on its stupid. I got fed up of it last night and said i thought enough was enough and a lot of posters were getting fed up of it all and it was spoiling the site, but just got attacked for my efforts. Dear lord some of these people will be teaching your children *Ally senses a rise in home schooling*
Mr A woke this morning and said "Right lets clear the house out", handnt even got half packed so had to pack as he was removing, talk about stressful, i am knackered!!

OMG i meant to say, i woke this morning with the most horrific tummy cramps every 5 mins, was screaming and crying in pain. Was just about to call MW when i let out a big fart and all was well with the world again lol!

Hi Lea!!Good to see you over here!! Was missing the chat thread!!

Havent been up to much, although got a bloody fright on Monday, constant back ache, tummy craps & blooming painful BH's about every 10 mins!! Luckily after resting for a while, it all stopped but keep getting more BH's, they blooming hurt!! Cant remember them being this bad before!!

Not up too much today, whats everyone else doing??

hey girls - love chat threads!!

im feeling ok today although feeling extremely tired, we are back at OH's parents and at the moment are sharing a single (although its a little bigger than a single!) bed so not the comfiest at the moment - i cant lay on my tummy or my back and laying on my side give my arms cramp so not having a good sleep although when Mat Leave starts in a month im sure i can sleep all day when OHs gone to work lol

im packing my hospital bag at the weekend, for some reason im getting very nervous - have a feeling Missy is going to come early and my mum said to me last night she reckons she's going to show up in September so best get prepared in case

LisaP YAY!! hi! You know i had one BH the other day and I have never had them before EVER! I was shocked actually! I presumed that if I havent had them with the others I wouldnt have them this time but I got a pain in my tum like a mild labour contraction and my belly was hard! Couldnt believe how much it did hurt compared to them saying they shouldnt?!?!

Leanne me and OH had to share a single bed for a while when I was pregnant with my first! Fun times haha
You know out of bordom I have packed my hospital bag!?! haha I was so bored yesterday i packed it up and stuck in a list of the last things I will need to add hahahaha

Well Im off to the midwife at 11.15!

Oooh Nicki, they're so cool! We wake up to pigeons...

I'm having an arguement with BT (we've been trying to get a house phone for over 6 months). This morning we received a bill for connection fee and three months line rental, despite BT phoning this morning and saying they couldn't help us get it working, so what are they charging me for this time? I'm getting so annoyed with it, I've decided to ignore everything to do with it for now. Grrr

I have more than half packed my bag too btw, so thanks for the nagging on my MW thread! I have to remember to stick a few other things in, and then the toothbrush type stuff you can't pack until you have to go.

My Dad's due here from Saudi any minute too, mixed feelings about that, love him to pieces but with the added stress of not sleeping I don't want to be snappy with him, which I normally am. :/

Im thinking I really should start packing my hosp bag!! Esp. as my previous were both early. I only packed a bag for the baby with my 1st, so didnt pack mine till my waters burst at 5am, not the easiest thing to do, LOL!! Better get organised!!

Lea, how was the midwife? I have an appt tommorrow. Was supposed to havea 25 week appt with my GP, but do you think I could get a blooming appt?!?! My Dr's are useless!! Only managed to get tommorrows appt coz someone cancelled. Have to take the girls with me, so its going to be fun!! BH's are more blooming painful then what the books etc tell you!! Im getting them nearly every day now & I need to actually stop & try & breathe through them. They are starting to make me panic thinking of going through labour again!! Oh well, bit late now eh??

Leanne, sorry your not getting a good nights sleep. I couldnt manage in a single on my own, god knows what would happen if Hubby was in there too!!

Nicky, hope you get BT sorted soon, but dont let them stress you out!! Hope your Dads visit goes well.

Have spent the morning cleaning, & the house is a mess already thanks to the blooming dogs!! So Ive given up for today & Im going to make cakes with the girls this afternoon instead!!

I'm back from my little trip out with my Dad, so far so good

I am so excited, it's always the little things. He bought me a sunflower plant, it's massive already so I was excited all the way home. But, we found a little 3 piece crockery set for kiddies, with the Very Hungry Caterpillar on it, it totally takes me back, so we got that as a little pressie and the book to go with it of course!! I hope you guys all remember the hungry caterpillar, my dad doesn't!
