Chart help please?

Hi ladies,

I'm really confused by my chart so far.. Ava is telling me today is ovulation day. But I had a +opk on CD17. Now my temp has gone down.. still not brilliant with these temp charts so I'm now confused as to whether I've actually ovulated yet! Any help appreciated as always!

Looks like Ava is correct to me hun.
You can ovulate between 24-36 hours after you get your positive OPK. Did you do anymore OPK's after the positive one you got on CD17? Wondering if it stayed positive for another day or so?
This would definitely tally up to the temp drop today and the pos OPK 2 days ago. Hopefully temp goes back up over the next few days and FF will confirm the ovulation.
Get some in tonight and the next couple of nights and i think you will be in for a good chance. You have some swimmers up there waiting already xx

Thank you Char! It just goes to show, every month is different. I only did the opk out of interest.. when I got the positive I didnt bother doing anymore! Temps have been looking a little bit crazy last few days not sure why. Hopefully I'll see a rise now to confirm ovulation! X

Yeah I wish I'd done some more now, weird how our bodies work! Think I got confused because this month looks so different to last months chart at this point in my cycle. Yeah it's going ok, great for keeping tabs on my sleep, and it's so easy to use. I dont really notice it during the night when I'm wearing it. Not sure I'll bother with opks next month, I just had some left over and figured I'd use them lol. I just need to get better at reading my temps! Xx

Hi nat, just to thread jump a bit. i'd always say its best to keep opks going till you get either a negative or confirmed ovulation bodies are weird sometimes and unfortunately not everyone ovulates 1 day after a surge, can be same day of surge or 2 - 3 days later, ive had all them scenarios!! right at start i used to get 5 + opks in a row Oo weird huh?

Yeah that's definitely becoming apparent to me! Since starting with the Ava and seeing the changes in all of my physical signs e.g. temps, pulse, sleep.. it's made me realise how hard it actually is to pinpoint ovulation. Thank you Soph! Hope things are going well with you xx

So today my temp has gone up but my resting pulse is going down, it should be going up during the fertile period/LP. So Ava says my readings are not yet conclusive and if TTC should keep having sex. Anybody have any ideas.. I'm hoping it's not an annovulatory cycle

Temp down and pulse down. Ovulation not confirmed. This has really upset me, we had such a good go trying this month. It just makes me think what's the point.
