Changing nappy first, then feeding, or feeding first , then changing??

Can't decide which approach I prefer!

If I change my LO before feeding, he cries more as he is hungry and grumpy.

If I feed him first, then he is happuer while I change him, but needs another feed again after the change, so it takes more time...

What is your routine?

Change first so if she drops off at the end of feeding I don't need to wake her by changing

I'm same can never decide which is best! I normally feed change feed cos he quite often pauses while feeding to poo!

I used to feed one side, change and then feed the other side and then he would go to sleep straight afterwards.

this is what I do to, he screams when I change him as he's so hungry but then when I feed him then I know if he settles/falls asleep I know I don't have to disturb him then feed him again!!
