Hi everyone, i recently had my implant out (wednesday last week) to start TTC, i went for my smear test on saturday and the nurse said my cervix was high. I had a google and it says your cervix is high when ovulating or pregnant. Ive been taking ovulation tests and they are all negative so not ovulating. Ive read your cervix position can change throughout your cycle, is this true or is it just I have a high cervix. I don’t think I could be pregnant this soon, ive not had AF yet. Opinions/advice would be welcome

Your cervix position even varies throughout the day. I wouldn't rely too much on the cervix to check for ovulation or pregnancy. The first time I caught, my temps dropped a bit in the morning, my cervix was low and hard and I thought for sure that AF was going to show up, but nope, I was pregnant. My cervix stayed low for quite a while before lifting. I couldn't even reach it anymore after a a few weeks.
Taking your temperature with a basal body thermometer is the most reliable when it comes to pinpointing ovulation, and whrn used with opks, it gets even easier! Good luck!x
