Cervical mucus after ovulation

I’m currently 4dpo ( if my calculations are correct) and I’ve had two days of watery cm.. not loads just a general wetness feeling.

Any time I google it says it’s due to ovulation approaching but going by my other symptoms and opks that’s been and gone?!

Can’t see anything on cm after ovulation, or is it cause it’s too early and means nothing at the mo?

Hmmm I've never had it after ovulation. When you say watery, is it slippery? I'm not sure opks are totally foolproof...you can ovulate 36 hours after a pos one, and some people get a second surge if their body is struggling to ovulate. Do you temp? That's the best way to confirm you've ovulated.

No it’s not slippery just a wet feeling of that make sense? Not loads just there now and again.. yeah tbf I am waiting on another surge as my body seems to be so out of whack! I don’t temp no. I did do another opk last night too though and was negative. Just a waiting game I guess

I dont want to get your hopes up, but ive only found an increase in CM after ovulation when ive been pregnant.

Could also be a second attempt by your body to ovulate though if your cycles are a bit all over the place. Fingers crossed it's a good sign.

I really don’t think you can go by CM.
Mine varies from cycle to cycle. One cycle I will be totally dry after ovulation and the next cycle I will produce loads and feel wet in my knickers most days. Neither ended in pregnancy.
Everyone is different.

If it's not the slippery EWCM type stuff then it could mean you've already ovulated. Not sure all watery discharge is fertility related. Good luck!

I am the same watery cm sometimes mixed with thin white cm my period was due Friday 13th Sept but think I ovulated late between 2nd and 6th Sept so if I'm right I'm about 11dpo but for the last week or so I've had the same cm also backache headaches now n again fatigue and nausea on and off took a frer today but BFN
It's so frustrating
