CD4 and ovulation pain

ok this is crazy, my first period after miscarriage but I am only on CD4 and my ovaries are cramping, like I am going to ovulate soon. Does miscarriage mess up ovulation or cause to ovulate early?

This is my first cycle after miscarriage too and I was getting some quite intense cramps and pains around cd6 - cd10 then it went, don’t think it was actually ovulation and I haven’t had a positive ovulation test yet, not sure what it was about, but you can ovulate early after a miscarriage while your cycle straightens itself out

I had lots of those the first cycle after my miscarriage, I just assumed it was everything going back into place where it should be, I didn’t google it that’s just what I assumed lol

thanks , I don't think I will start TTC till at least CD6, I used to ovulate around CD11 so I need to start early just incase
