Cd2 Agnus Castus

Starting spotting yesterday, not sure if it's going to turn into a proper period but I'm counting it as cd2 as my last period was 12th September so very very long cycle! (Which is normal for me)

Bought some AC this morning going to take 2 tabs am and 2 tabs pm (1600 mg total)

Anyone know anything about this? Currently waiting to see a fertility consultant on nhs so could take months so thought I'd give this ago whilst we wait, hope it works! X

I was on that at first I got a period and I kept taking it but then nothing else happened then when I was at the docs later on she asked me what I was taking and I told her I was taking agnus castus and she advised not to take that as it can do more harm than good. so I would personally recommend seeing your dr for advice first

Thanks for replying I stopped taking it after one day as I didn't want to mess anything up for when I see the doctor x

Hiya, I've been taking Agnus Castus for around the last 1-2 months, 2 tablets once a day as that is the suggested dose on the tub of tablets I have. (Not sure how many mg that is.)
I haven't had a natural period in well over a year now, however I had one bought on by Provera around September time. Apparently AC takes around 3 months to take affect and hopefully assist you in having a period. I haven't had any luck yet though.
It took DH and I around a month before we got an appointment with the Specialist which we were pretty pleased with.
