Today is usually the day I get my flashing smiley. But today when I put the test stick in the holder, the little stick symbol didn't flash...it did nothing. So I tried another stick and the same thing...no 'processing' symbol, no result.

I took the sticks out and the little round testing bit had gone blue. Does that mean it's positive for estrogen and therefore a flashing smiley?

Am really annoyed...I paid £20 for this thing and it is not working. It's the 3rd month I have used them and have had no problems, so I know what I'm doing. Also this is the 3rd day this cycle and so far it had been fine.

Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks. xx

You don't normally ovulate on tne same day every cycle? I wouldn't say it's broken as you are not meant to take it out it's holder. I would just keep testing ? Good luck x

I'm only just starting to get regular cycles again after coming off a diet and a lot of weight loss. I think it's normally cd11 or 12. I'm on cd9...should I start dtd?

Had a rather embarrassing chat with a nice customer services lady at ClearBlue and you are right...it's supposed to be in the holder. Think I have estrogen brain...for some reason I was putting the testing stick in the holder after I put it in the wee....this time of the month my brain goes completely. Feel like a total idiot!!

So I tested with my 4th stick this morning properly and it was low, but am thinking that's probably because it was my 4th wee! Am too embarrassed to tell DH I just wasted about £8 worth of CB sticks!
