Thanks so much, prayers are much needed at mo, im sure he'll be fine but its the out of control feeling that is the worst and leaving him there. Hoping today he'll look much better and off the ventilator.

Today Tuesday is the first day that I have seen Freddy a little better since Friday. Finally his antibiotics are kicking in and he has some colours in his cheeks. Still on his ventilator and his infection levels have come down from 300 to 150 which is fab according to the consultants. They were going to try to put ANOTHER canula in his body today for more blood transfusions but doc could use an exsiting one that the nurse said was seizing up! STOP USING HIM AS A PIN CUSHION!!!!! ARGH!!!!!

Fingers crossed tomorrow that he will be better again, have not had a cuddle since thursday!!

Glad he is pickingt up hun such a shame when you cantg have a cuddle breaks your heart doesn't it, don't worry you will get a chance to make up for it

Hello girls, just to give you all a update freddy has made a miraculous quick recovery. on sunnday he had a central line put in on monday morning he came off ventilator and back on cpap. monday evening he came off cpap and has been breathing on own since.

He now sucks on a dummy and has found his lungs to cry! He is digesting my milk fine and now they have moved him from intensive care to special care. Just needs to get fat as still only 3 lbs

This is sure a rollercoaster!!!!!!!!!!!!
