Car Seats...

I have chosen to go for the M&P's Sola travel system. I was going to get the Cybex Aton car seat and get the base for in the car. Having read some info' on the base it says that you can only have the car seat facing backwards, towards the rear window! Do all car seats face backwards or can you get them to face forward?

Im pretty sure Group 0 and 0+ are all rear facing. Check Argos for the aton car seat as I'm sure it's on offer.

Yeah hun, all new born car seats have to be rear facing, I think its either 6 or 9 months when they can start using forward facing seats x x x

Yeah, as Esoames and Lilmoomin have said, they're all rear facing (I think until 9 months or something). Great choice of pram too, that's exactly what we've gone for. http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/member.php?u=18468

its 9 months as babies necks arent strong enough to withstand an impact so if theyre facing backwards it affects the baby differently in motion rather than the impact on forward facing whiplash hope this helps x
