Car seat straps - cleaning

How do you clean the straps on a car seat when they don't actually come off it to go in the washer Any help greatly appreciated, Isaac's car seat straps are getting nasty

Dunno but I have the same problem with the high chair straps... they are bolted on... now they get minging real quick I did try and soak em in a bowl of bleach but it wasn't very effective

It's not advised to use any;
Polishes
Bleaches
Oils
Solvents
or other harsh abrasive cleaners on car seat straps in case it effects their integrity, and obviously safety comes first, guess I should stop giving Isaac things to eat in the car

i use a nailbrush and a bit of washing up liquid

yep was gonna say on a hot day bowel of soapy water.. get some fairy liquid on a soft nail brush and scrubadubdub
