went to my Dr appointment today. found out that my baby has a heart beat pattern! like every fifth beat it kind of stops then goes back again to normal. she told me not to worry as there r some babies who have thier own pattern but she did assign me to see a fetal cardiac specialist who will do a special heart scan. I am really worried my LO has any problem and can't stop crying.

Awww....Sounds like she thinks it is something normal. Maybe the specialist is simply precautionary. However, I know I would be the same as you and worry myself to death.

Try as best you can to relax. I hope all goes well with the specialist

Aww hun, sorry your so upset. Just wanted to say that quite often docs air on the side of caution, to prevent comebacks etc, so hopefully everything will be fine. Try not to cry too much as you will only feel worse, hope your o.k.

I'm so sorry you're so upset. It's a perfectly natural way to feel, so don't feel bad and allow yourself time to sort your head out.

It sounds like something that they've dealt with before and I'm sure the specialist will be able to give you more information and support. I'm sure everything will be fine

Ah sweetie its naturla to be concerned and like the others have said the doctor is airing on the side of caution but sounded like its something that's not to worrying i know its hard not to be upset but take a deep breath and relax im sure it wil all be fine love

Thanks all, i hope there isn't anything wrong, but after all these weeks and anticipation its really hard to hear that something could be wrong. i will try and relax and have a good night sleep. atm i have a severe headache from worring and crying. :(

 Poor you. It is so hard to hear anything may be wrong, as we cant 'look after' them as we can once they are born. Thinking fo you

Sorry to hear that hun...I think anyone would be worried and upset .
I hope it turns out to be nothing.
