Cant sleep!!!!

Ive been awake for an hour!!!

So decided to get out of bed , come downstairs, put on the telly and catch up with some of the goss on here!!!

Actually I quite like the telly at this time in the morning, all the baby programmes are on discovery home and health and I am currently watching baby tales!!!

Horlicks works for me at the moment - I'm sure they put a sedative in it or something because last night I had one and was asleep within half an hour and had one of the best nights kip i'd had for ages!
