Hiya how do i cancel a mobile phone contract with tmobile? Im pretty sure it ends 31st august, and i think i have to give 30days notice but how do i do it? i never use the phone and have had it for 18months and i think all together iv used it for 1 month. Cant wait to have an extra £30 a month lol x

phone their customer services and see when the contract is due to expire, they will let you cancel it within 30 days of the exire date, then you have to give 30 days notice,

So if your contract runs out on 31st Aug - phone them back on the 1st August to cancel it,
I got caught out as they automatically renew your contract, so I had to pay for an extra month as I forgot about giving 30 days notice to cancel.

Hope that helps hun?

You have to ring customer services for an address and you have to give written notiuce that you no longer wish to continue with the contract.

Iv got to phone them back 31st july to give my 30days notice, if he put it through now id get a penalty charge?! WTF lol anyways he was like "if you stay we have a deal for £5" i was like "tbh im having a baby in august and i need the money" and he was very understanding and didnt try and hassle me about it anymore lol :) so now to wait till end of july :) thank you x

oh hun you just have to ring customer services. Get it cancelled quick! If they tell you youre still in contract you can still reduce your tarrif to their owest available (£12 per month??) if youre not using it, you dont have to pay £30 per month
