Just out of curiosty....

I spend ages feeling and prodding my bump in an effort to try and work out which part of my baby is where. I've absolutely no idea if she's head-up, head-down or which bits of her I can feel.

Has anybody else figured it out?

Hi, this is my fourth child and I still can't tell which way round she is lol. I assumed she was head down but after my last scan I found out she's breech. I've been trying to work out since then whether she's turned around or not but I cant. There's a website called spinningbabies.com which is supposed to help but I still cant do it lol.

Iv no idea either and this is my 3rd time round.

I knew this one was head down with either her knees or feet up under my ribs on the right hand side... and when we went for our scan yesterday, the doctor confirmed all this... Its just where I could feel most kicks and movements... When she was bum down, all the kicks were in my pelvis and very painful. Although there is something knobbly that I can feel up by my ribs.. and its either a knee or a foot.. I'm not sure.. Probably a knee... :rotfl:

I had no idea which way my baby was lying! Midwife felt today and it's 2/5 engaged and back to back.

I know shes breech cos been getting hard kicks in the bladder for weeks but thats the only reason, any other position I havent a clue!

Hiya, I can normally tell what position mines in. At the moment its head butting my pelvis. I don't think its happy with the whole gettting engaged thing!

Mine is in the unusual position of laying across my stomach (very cramped). The midwife had to laugh when she felt it. For some reason it seems to like it there and I get alot of knees and arms both sides of my stomach
