bit early to say

could be an ovulation dip - but that's usually only a day.

The rise on day 10 is promising if you get another couple of days that high. As it stands it could be a rogue temp.

I never believe any temperatures until they've been sustained for 3 days

So my main advice would be to hold out another couple of days
