can i take paracetamol?

Im not pregant (as far as im aware) but incase, can u take paracetamol when your pregnant?
Got really bad cramps! theyre getting alot worse, but still no af since may?
Any advice would be great

yes you can take paracetomol hun it is one of the only drugs you can take when your pregnant... hope you feel better soon x

yep youre allowed paracetamol, normal dose is fine.
