with rolls/baguette.

I have ended up with stale rolls/half a baguette. (Result of OH taking stuff out of the freezer without checking the cupboards first. )

When I have bread that is a bit hard I always make b&b pudding - but have never tried it with rolls. I can't imagine it would be any different but does anyone know otherwise?

Or does anyone have any other uses for said rolls/baguette?

Thanks :D

i love using the crust from the loaf of bread goes really nice n crispy so should be fine to make B+B pudding :D

i want some tho :D

I'd be tempted to whizz them in the blender and use the bread crumbs to make sage and onion stuffing which can then be frozen. Or use them to top a fish pie etc.

No idea about bread and butter pudding, sorry

I'd not use them for B&B pudding.

I'd be inclined to make some garlic bread. Or crumb it for something.
