Can I eat peanuts ?

Does anyone know if I can eat peanuts or not while i'm breastfeeding ?

I've craved peanut m&m's since I found out I was pregnant.

I craved peanut M&M's too, and Snickers, lots of nutty stuff
Think it's 50/50 with the peanut debate, I personally eat them, some breastfeeding Mummies don't, I'd speak to your HV about it and also have a look on the www there's lots of info about the fors and againsts And also wanted to add how beautiful your daughter is, and I just love the name Lola

I'll treat myself to 2 bags when I stop breastfeeding

i dont eat them coz my boyf has a nut allergy. it was bad when i was pregnant coz i craved peanut butter and nutella! but couldnt hav it
the cravings gone now, so i dont mind
