Im doing a shepherds pie for tea and wondered can she have some of the veggies, bit of onion and a bit of mince all blended up?

Yes -Charlotte loves shepherds pie. Just don't add salt to it, and watch if you use a proprietry gravy as these can be high in salt.

Yeh as long as you don't add salt. Not sure waht to do about the gravy as I use the Heinz baby gravy packets. xxx

course she can, like above said dont add gravy cos its full of salt - you can get salt free grazy thoough jo.

You can get meat stock for babies in packets so think i'll give that a try next time but i have some baby gravy to give her this time Cheers guys x
