can anyone help? email related!

hi all.

i have just had an email from a woman about my university placement and i deleted it by accident. i looked in my deleted item folder and it was there so read it there and then because it contained her numbers and dates which she could met me i clicked on it and pressed the move/copy folder. the little box that asks you where to move it to didnt come up because of pop up blocker but the email has gone and i cant find it anywhere.

does anyone know what i can do to get it back. the emails are opened in microsoft outlook web access.

can't you just copy/paste it into another place?

or why not forward it to yourself again?

I don't use outlook sorry

no it had completely dissappeared from my deleted list like it had be removed but wasnt in restore list, i had to search for it and then restore but god knows where it was lol
