Called in sick..

I am just so unbelievably tired. I woke up hardly able to breathe so took my inhalers (im asthmatic and rarely NEED them), feeling sick and all headachey. I took my stepson to school and have come home, work didn't mind, im agency so they just get someone else to cover what I was supposed to do. I have worked flat out for weeks and just need some respite. Luckily I am a teacher so I have next week off to recover, I just couldnt face today!

I have had a restful day so far, in fact, I have slept from about 10.30 till about 12.30!!!!!!! Been in and out of sleep I guess rather than a deep sleep but I must have needed it!!!!!
Most rest to come until the afternoon school run xx
