I know it is recommended that you shouldn't drink more than 200mg of caffeine per day and on a day-to-day basis I definitely don't exceed this (drink water, juice and decaf tea).

However, I have a weakness for cappaccinos and was wondering whether anyone else is still drinking coffee? Didn't have any in the first 3 months but now pondering whether 2-3 small cups per week would be ok? I feel guilty although it is under the recommended amount....
 
i heard one or 2 coffees a day is fine.

i love pepsi and was worried about that and then read somewhere that yo can have up to 5 glasses of it a aday in pregnancy woooo :)
