Caffeine and bfing

I know you can have some but because I avoided it when pregnant I carried that on! I just accidentally ordered a coffee in costa with caffeine. I have 2 hours until my next feed will it be out of my system by then? Just worried about Tyler's bedtime! (and the fact I had a sneaky choccie muffin too!)

I just assumed it was the same as in pregnancy, you can have a little but don't go crazy. Xxx
