Buzzing/ringing in ears after a spinal??

I had an emergency section 3 weeks ago and had a spinal block for it. Sine then I have had an on and off buzzing/whirring in my ear. Its not painful but gets louder when other people talk, baby cries etc.

Has anyone experienced this before? Will it go away?

May be worth mentioning to gp. I got a raging headache after spinal which they told me was due to fluid leaking out of my spine where they put needle in and it wouldnt go until my body had naturally sealed the hole. They can do it by injecting your own blood in the spot which then clots and stops the fluid leak but luckily mine went after 2/3 days then just had mild headache for a while. As you are not in pain its not this but could e connected to spinal somehow??
