I had acupuncture, got dragged to brighton to watch hubby's band play, went shopping for some clothes and went to a local festival. I am shattered and I managed a 12 hours sleep in there!

Saturday I discovered that most of my band tops are too tight (hazaah for growing boobs) and all my funky rock/metal skirts & trousers are too tight and well jeans are just uncomfortable. So I went to Primarni, Asda & Peacocks and got some lovely cheap baggy tops and some cropped leggings, I got them slightly too big so I can grow into them and not have to go shopping again real soon. Not my usual style, but my I am so much more comfortable.

At the festival hubby went to chat to the youth centre leader he used to volunteer for and I discovered that they run a surestart centre and have stuff going on for pregnancy and then after birth. It's only down the road from me so I will be sure to make use of it when I am further along and then when bubs has arrived.

What did everyone else get up to?

I started the weekend with a quiet night in with a curry, dvd and one of my bezziesd while OH was djing in town.

I am in a choir called Manchester Show Choir and we had our big show on Saturday called 'DON'T STOP BELIEVING....A CONCERT FOR GLEEKS' at the Palace Theatre. Had to be at the theatre for 9.30, loads of sound-checks and rehearsals before the first curtain call at 4pm, amazing show everyone was dancing in the aisles! Time for a quick bite and then the evening show at 8pm.

We've had a fab write uo in the evening news too
