burning sensation

HI all, have any of you experienced a burning sensation low down in your pelvic region? I'm experiencing this now while I'm sitting down but it gets worse when I stand. I also feel slight aching pains down there and my back is constantly aching. Anyone know what this is? xx

I agree with Midna. I've had so many different pains down there, and they've been so hard to describe. Lately it feels like my LO has been doing head spins on my cervix
