has ne one ever had a bunion op on both feet?
my sis has emm really bad and shes just got her date thro for her op and was just wondering how many nites shell be in

My little sis has to get bother hers done but she's been waiting for an appointment for 6 years
They've told her they'll do 1 foot at a time as she has a little girl but by the time they get round to it she'll be a grandma.
My sister was told that she'll have to have crutches to get around for a while.

I don't really know what's involved but I would imagine they'll get her out as fast as possible. Maybe 1-2 days.
Does she not have a contact number on her letter, I'd ring and ask to speak to someone that can tell her.

Has she got her op soon? Not something I envy bunions my sis suffers terrible too.

they dont know if they will one or both yet kinda decide on the day thing
shes been on the list since she was 5 now 16 lol
its so typical it came now shes started collge today lol

My mate was in for several days but was off work for weeks, she had her foot in a cast for a bout 6 weeks

I had to stay one night when I had mine done, that was just the one foot. Do you know how they are doing hers? With mine they chiselled away the bone, but didn't pin it. They made a right mess of it and I can't wear heels anymore because of the pain. I wore some little teeny heels to the funeral yesterday and have been suffering with red hot pains in my foot today.
I was off work for about 10 weeks I think because I got an infection in it. Was so painful, I spent a good couple weeks doped up on codeine.
