Bump Support

Can anyone advise me on a bump support please as i am in agony with my back and my bump aches most of the time. Do bump bands work? I am on a tight budget so can't spend too much...

A friend of mine got one from her midwife, you can buy them from mothercare I think but the midwife one should be free xxxxxxx

The mothercare one did nothing for me but physio gave me some tubagrip ones yesterday and they really help!ask ur midwife for sure

If you get a brand or type you need check it out on eBay bound to be cheaper!

I think Topshop maternity section do bump bands too? I want one to hide my belly button once the bump expands a bit more.

I use a bump band from mother care and it helps. Not fantastic but does help.xx
