Bump pain

Got a pain that comes and goes almost like a twanging feeling down the middle of bump. Does anyone else get.this?? I have only changed the bed sheets and got this. X x

yeah i had this yesterday when i was work, i thought it was me over doing it to be honest x

Hi - yes this happened me two evenings in a row about 2 weeks ago. It was like something stretching until it almost broke inside. I could not stand up straight. Has not happened since though, thank God!
