Buffalo Mozzarella

Another cheese related question! Lol.

Is buffalo mozzarella ok? We put it on pasta and cook it (if that makes a difference).

Most websites I've read say mozzarella is ok, but not sure if they're referring to the hard type!

I think it's ok???? It's only the mould ripened cheeses we needs to avoid and I don't think mozzerla is.

I think as long as it's made with pasteurised milk you are ok.
